Info: iCloud, also known as iCloud Control Panel, was created to sync & share personal stuff, such as files, photos and other stuff. And, our test shows that, the official setup file for iCloud did not provide the computer user with the custom install option, and it too sets itself to run with the operating system. Additionally, you can make the best of this thread: with it, you can learn how to get rid of Apple Application Support, Apple Software Update and the frequently mentioned Bonjour. Date: 2016-06-20 - To successfully remove the iCloud client from your Windows, you need to make yourself the admin user.
- Save your personal data then, exit the unwanted app.
- Run Task Manager to manually terminate all of Apple related processes that are still running in the background.
- Check out your own apps or programs list, locate the target item iCloud in the list then, press Enter or, launch Windows' Change option.
- If you had problem performing the uninstall of iCloud, you check the "Repair" option to fix the problematic install of iCloud instead. And then, you can press the button below.
- Say Yes to proceed with the uninstall of iCloud for Windows.
- Select the Yes from the UAC alert below.
- Wait while iCloud is un-installing itself automatically.
- Quit the following iCloud (uninstall wizard).
- Reload your programs list, save then, reboot yr system. Rid of iCloud related remains and/or other unused Apple products so you can fully uninstall your own iCloud for Windows agent.
