FYI: error code CE-40852-9 is a server issue. Currently, there's no official solution. Below are some the tips you may try: 1. Try searching again. 2. Make sure all words you entered are spelled correctly. 3. Try using keywords rather than long phrases. 4. manually reboot or restart your device : goo.gl/i9kByp.
5. try increasing your connectivity speed this way:
5.1 5.2 Change DNS settings (try a different DNS server, like Google's 8.8.8.8) On your PS4 menu, scroll right to Settings.
Go to Network.
Go to "Set Up Internet Connection".
select relevant Wifi/LAN (connection option or method).
Go to Custom.
Then try: setting the IP Address Settings to Automatic;
the DHCP Host Name equals "Do Not Specify";
and the DNS Settings as Manual.
