- Gain the admin right.
- Save your personal files, exit the unwanted client.
- Right click on PrimoPDF's shortcut file (PrimoPDF - Drop Files Here to Convert) on desktop, choose "Open file location".
- Scroll for the "uninstaller" application below. Run it as admin.
- Say Yes to the UAC alert below.
- Choose a language that matches your OS, then press OK.
- Wait while the said uninstaller helps uninstall PrimoPDF. Close it when the process is completed.
