Info: Well, just as title, you can consider uninstalling WebEx Recorder and Player temporarily if you're also running MBAM on your computer. Afterwards, you update your MBMA client and re-visit Cisco site and get the newest version of WebEx installed. Date: 2016-08-14 - Save all your personal stuff such as some recently created ARF (aka, Advanced Recording File), and other items regarding your recording items.
- Close both of the running clients as shown above.
- To get the task done, you give Windows' built-in uninstall utility a go first: input CONTROL in the Search box on the taskbar or the Start menu > choose Control Panel > enter Add/Remove or "Uninstall a program".
- For Windows 10 users, you can detect and right-click on the following WebEx Recorder, and launch the Uninstall option.
- Once you own programs list shows up, locate today's target item in the list, press the Enter or, launch your system's Uninstall option. Then, apply the Yes option to the "Programs & Features" window below.
- Use your admin access to let UAC run the following 1098b98.msi application.
- Wait while your system uninstalls the flagged WebEx product.
- Save, reboot your computer, and try erasing remains that match the WebEx company.
