Info: When you want to uninstall an unwanted app or computer program, you would almost always head to the "Add/Remove" or "Uninstall or change a program" option under Control Panel if you too want to perform the standard uninstall process. But there trouble would be, you had a problematic install of Windows Installer when trying to uninstall Camtasia Studio 8 manually. Then, what is the effective fix? Date: 2016-07-20
Save all of the medias and/or projects you've created using Camtasia Studio client. Then quit the app.
Save your current job, restart your system. Remember to get the admin rights during that action.
To rid of the Camtasia Studio 8 and/or other versions of the software manually, you need to employ the built-in Uninstall option in the programs list.
Hit the Yes button on the following "Programs & Features" window.
Wait while the required configuration data is being collected.
Select the Yes from the following UAC to run the 865699.msi later.
Wait while yr Windows performs the uninstall of Camtasia Studio 8 automatically.
Keep or erase those possibly unused content? It depends on your software experience.
Save. Reboot. Try clearing out all of Camtasia related leftover items.
